Review and Update of Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual

The RMI Ports Authority (RMIPA) invites qualified individual consultants or

consulting firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) to provide professional

consulting services for the review, revision, and update of the Authority’s

Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual.

The selected consultant will be responsible for reviewing the existing accounting

manual, updating accounting policies and procedures in accordance with

applicable accounting standards and best practices, strengthening internal

controls, and providing recommendations to improve financial management

processes.

Interested applicants should submit expression of interest no later than

5pm on Friday July 24 2026 to:
